{"id":770,"date":"2019-12-14T12:16:53","date_gmt":"2019-12-14T12:16:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lwct.org.uk\/?p=770"},"modified":"2024-06-15T07:40:40","modified_gmt":"2024-06-15T06:40:40","slug":"christmas-afternoon-tea-at-caer-beris","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lwct.org.uk\/en\/christmas-afternoon-tea-at-caer-beris\/","title":{"rendered":"Christmas Afternoon Tea at Caer Beris"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>On Saturday, December 14<sup>th<\/sup> 2019, a party of volunteers and members of the LWCT Heart of Wales Coffee Club went for Christmas Afternoon Tea at the Caer Beris Manor, in Builth Wells. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The cost of the afternoon was paid courtesy of LWCT. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>There were 20 of us and I have to say the afternoon was excellent. There was a wonderful array of festive goodies, copious amounts of tea and coffee, the bar was open and the staff couldn\u2019t do enough for us. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Builth Male Voice Choir were there and were in excellent voice as always, and once more we were invited to sing along to some Christmas carols.
